- Most refacing projects run from $70-$150 (depending on type, material, and other factors).

Premium Service
- STANDARD Service has a turnaround time of 2-12 weeks (typically) from received to shipped.
- RUSH Service provides a two week (or less!) turnaround time. (35% service premium)
- PANIC Service provides an 8 to 48 hour turnaround time. (70% service premium)
RUSH and PANIC Services must be scheduled in advance. I do occasionally take a break!

Shipping
USPS is used exclusively for return shipments. No exceptions.
- Return shipping & handling in the US is $10 per shipment (regardless of the number of mouthpieces).
- All U.S. shipments will be insured with a signature required.
- International return shipping can be calculated here...
- International shipments are insured by USPS only if you elect to purchase insurance.
- A handling fee applies to all international shipments to cover customs forms, waiting in line, etc.
Payment Options
- PayPal sent to: PayPal@EZmpc.com. (Use PayPal for credit card & international payments.)
- US Bank Check or USPS Money Order made out to "Ed Zentera". (Send with the mouthpiece.)
Mouthpieces are not generally accepted as a form of payment unless I have a pending request for a particular kind of piece.
Discount!
Discounts are available for multiple projects. All pieces must be received and paid for at the same time.
- 6% discount on the service fee for 2-4 mouthpieces.
- 10% discount on the service fee for 5+ mouthpieces.
- 25% discount on the service fee for 10+ of the same piece. For this discount, the mouthpieces must be factory stock/new in box. (Primarily for retailers looking to carry a custom line)
