Service Fee
The service fee is based upon the typical time it takes to complete a project.  Here is an approximate fee schedule:
     $100-$145 for Hard Rubber, Plastic, Wood
     $150-$220 for Brass
     $225-$275 for Dukoff High Baffle (D, P, M, S, X Chambers) & Saxworks
     $300-$375 for Stainless Steel

Turnaround time for standard services are unpredictable and can not be estimated under any circumstance.

     5% quantity discount for 2-4 mouthpieces
     8% quantity discount for 5 or more mouthpieces
     All mouthpieces must be received & services paid at the same time.

     25% Premium for RUSH service (less than 2 week turnaround)
     50% Premium for PANIC service (8-48 hour turnaround)
     RUSH and PANIC services must be scheduled in advance.

     20% "Custom Line" discount for lots of 10 or more.
     The mouthpieces must be factory stock/new in box.

Payment Options
1) U.S. Bank Check or USPS Money Order sent with the mouthpiece. Some international banks can issue checks through a U.S. Bank (U.S. bank printed on the front of the check) – these are accepted as well. A discount will be applied for check/money order payment.

2) PayPal is accepted for credit card and international transactions.

Mouthpieces are not usually accepted as a form of payment unless I have a pending request for a particular kind of piece. Indicate what you are offering with your request for quote and send pictures to EZ@EZmpc.com
