Service Fee
The service fee is based upon the typical time it takes to complete a project.
Here is an approximate fee schedule:
$90-$125 for Hard Rubber, Plastic, Wood
$135-$190 for Brass
$175-$250 for Dukoff High Baffle (D, P, M, S, X Chambers) & Saxworks
$225-$350 for Stainless Steel

5% quantity discount for 2-4 mouthpieces
8% quantity discount for 5 or more mouthpieces
All mouthpieces must be received & services paid at the same time.

25% Premium for RUSH service (less than 2 week turnaround)
50% Premium for PANIC service (8-48 hour turnaround)
RUSH and PANIC services must be scheduled in advance.
Turnaround time for standard service is unpredictable and can’t be estimated.

20% "Custom Line" discount for lots of 10 or more.
The mouthpieces must be factory stock/new in box.
Payment Options
1) U.S. Bank Check or USPS Money Order sent with the mouthpiece. International checks issued through a U.S. bank are accepted as well. A discount will be applied for check/money order payment.
2) PayPal is accepted for credit card and international transactions.
